Have you been thinking about getting your MBA or been wanting to work in the sports industry? Start that adventure today and apply for the 2018 SDSU Sports MBA cohort beginning in January 2017!
Our program is an accelerated,18-month degree that begins in January each year and is intended for highly motivated students seeking an intensive academic environment combined with extensive hands-on industry experience. This program isn’t like any other sports MBA program in the country. The coursework is completed in the first 12 months of the program and then you must complete a 6-month consulting project with a professional organization to complete the degree.
No need to worry about being too old, too young, having no business experience, or moving across the world to San Diego. Our cohort currently has students aged 22 to 35, from all around the world, with a variety of backgrounds in business, communications, sociology, theatre, politics, history, and much more!
Plus it’s not all schoolwork! The program tuition includes an international business trip to the Dominican Republic for seven days to study Major League Baseball in the DR.
Our cohort has been involved in a ton of sporting events around the country including:
- 2016 PGA Tour, Farmers Insurance Open
- USWNT vs. Ireland, USMNT vs. Canada
- Monster Energy Supercross
- NCAA Sweet 16 in Anaheim
- Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon
- San Diego Special Olympics
- AMGEN Tour of California
- COPA America Centenario
- MLB All Star Game
- AVP Beach Volleyball
- Dew Tour
